WOW! I was so inspired recently by a video I stumbled on by Derick Pang on YouTube regarding the heart. There is a truly inspiring exercise in it that really helps you tap into your heart space and what it wants at this present time. I am excited to share this exercise with you further down on this page.
I feel strongly that we are meant to follow our heart, and not get so caught up in thinking and our mind. The heart wants what it wants right? Although am I the only person who sometimes finds it hard to figure out what it wants? It isn’t always so easy even when I am in my clearest space diet wise which I currently am right now.
Things can be so complicated these days, and a simple exercise like this is great for bringing some clarity to your life and how you move forward with many different areas of your life.
Here is the exercise. Take time after each question to find out how you truly feel and write down your thoughts. I recommend you do this alone and in a quiet room where you feel comfortable and relaxed.
1). If you had all the time and money in the world what would you want to do next?
2). If you‘re left with 30 days to live, what are all the things you will want to do now?
3). Imagine there is a genie in front of you right now, what are the 3 wishes you want to fulfil?
I find these questions simply perfect! They really do help you tap into what you truly want inside. This exercise really helped me in a lot of ways and I hope it brought some inspiration to you.
